Length is 38 inches and elastic waist band in back and bank in front. Fits approximately 32 waist measurements.  Plazo bottom cuff, pauncha ghera is 32 inches. 
Flying Plazo is trendy and you can either leave the wings untied to give it a trendy skirt look. Looks cool when you walk. Or you can tie the flying plazo wings to make a bow.
